Breaking News from Third
Grade! Monday, August 21, 2017 will be the first solar eclipse visible to the
South since 1923! We will learn all about the solar eclipse and will then go
out to a viewing at 1:30. If you would like your student to participate, you
must have signed the waiver. The solar eclipse can be dangerous if the special
glasses are taken off. Please stress to your student about keeping the glasses
on. We are allowing students to bring a towel to lay on outside during the
viewing.
